Every client completes a Good Faith Exam under the a nurse practitioner prior to treatment, ensuring each treatment plan is medically appropriate and safe.

Clients must be 18+ to receive treatment.

Clients are required to disclose relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and pregnancy/breastfeeding status prior to treatment.

Treatment is performed only after a signed informed consent acknowledging expected results, downtime, and risks.

Services and packages are non-refundable once rendered.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

Purchased packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.
