Cancellation Policy
• Appointment Cancellation Policy: We ask for a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. We understand life happens, and if you notify us 24 hours in advance, there will never be a fee. However, if you are unable to make your appointment and do not contact us before your scheduled time, a $50 fee will apply or one session will be deducted from any package. • Class Cancellation Policy: All multiple service and group reservations require payment in advance. We request a 72-hour notice of cancellation for multiple service and group reservations.
